I got advice on how to get my house prepared to be listed (eg. Decluttering) which was very helpful. The photographers were very efficient and the photos for the listing were fantastic. There was an app to help manage showings and it was easy to approve the showings and easily see when they were scheduled. The house was “special” as it is well over 100 years old, and I’m very grateful of Elisabeth Yeager Homes and Farm Group in getting my house sold!

While moving from VA back to our home state of PA, we were making what we thought would be a one-day trip up to our storage unit.. When we decided to take a slight detour on the way back to Virginia to drive by a house we had been eyeing up online. We saw it and knew we had to jump on it. If you want a seamless real estate experience, Elisabeth Yeager and her team are who you need! We just sold our home with this group and simultaneously bought a new-to-us home. There were some moving parts involved in this transaction but we never really had to worry because Elisabeth and her team (thank you, Brandy!) personally took care of everything to keep both closings proceeding as planned.

Elisabeth and her team went above and beyond for us. We were searching for something very particular: a historic farmhouse with acreage to start a homestead. We are so happy we found and worked with Elisabeth. Her knowledge and perspective was invaluable as we looked at all sorts of properties, from ag taxes, to wells, to the quirks of 150 year old houses. She also sold our previous house in a difficult market, including staging and taking 3 rounds of pictures and negotiating with difficult buyers and HOA officials.
