I have heard many frustrated and saddened buyers complain - "My lender said they will not give me a loan if the property is over 10β¦20β¦ 25+ acres! What do I do?!β Let me break down some of the pros and cons, and benefits and challenges, with using a farm credit or agribusiness service as opposed to a traditional mortgage.
